(Boca Raton, FL)–( June 1, 2015)– PSIGEN Software, Inc., the leader in advanced capture and scanning solutions, and Canon U.S.A. Inc., a leader in document imaging solutions, are pleased to announce the release of the PSIcapture Routing Panel for the imageFORMULA ScanFront 330 Networked Document Scanner. The panel provides a quick and easy method for routing scanned documents directly to PSIcapture for processing.

The panel displays a set of user-configurable buttons representing various document categories, such as “Invoices” or “Purchase Orders.” The scan operator simply selects the category button that matches the documents being scanned. The resulting scanned images are routed to PSIcapture, where they are then automatically imported, processed and sent on to the document repository (ECM) system.

“PSIGEN has written an easy-to-use interface for Canon’s ScanFront 330 scanner, connecting it to PSIcapture and giving the user a seamless interface,” said Bruce Hensley, CEO of PSIGEN Software, Inc.

“Canon U.S.A., Inc. is proud that the combination of Canon and PSIGEN products can provide customers with a user-friendly method to streamline image capture and processing,” said Junichi Yoshitake, senior vice president and general manager of Business Imaging Solutions Group, Canon U.S.A., Inc. “We look forward to providing our customers with expanded scanning and processing capabilities.”

Canon’s ScanFront 330 is a full-featured, easy-to-use desktop scanner perfect for multiple-user office environments. The compact design makes it highly efficient for workspaces of any size.
