Our partners know they can count on us to provide them prompt support when they need it, and we often hear it said among our channel that “if PSIGEN doesn’t have a feature yet, they will soon.” There’s certainly truth to that statement, as PSIcapture currently has more than 40,000 features and we continue to develop our software all the time.
  2. Honesty. At PSIGEN, what you see is what you get. We say we’re a channel-friendly company, and we absolutely mean that. A large majority of our sales are made by our reseller channel, and we work hard to support them in any way we can. Honesty also comes in the form of transparency about our products. Unlike many companies that offer several different products and claim to provide the best value for all of them, PSIGEN specializes in advanced document capture—it’s what we do. As the innovative leader in this industry, we never have to embellish the truth of what our software is capable of.
