Scanning and capturing documents is only a small part of the document imaging equation.  The real power of advanced capture is the ability to take the images and data, and send them in a structured, standardized manner to an end destination.  PSI:Capture Migrations provides granular control over the entire migration process, and includes field mapping, dynamic file naming, folder naming and much, much more.

We currently support over 30 different migrations, to a wide variety of industry back-end systems.

Below is a migration feature set for PSI:Capture Enterprise and PSI:Capture for MFPs:

 

Basic Migration Features:


  • File folder and Microsoft Database migration (Level 0) are included with the core capture workstation product
  • Control file naming and folder naming with index fields
  • Perform Bates Stamping on output
  • Apply image processing profiles on output
  • Output images and OCR
  • Generic output formats include: Database, ASCII, XML and Folders


Advanced Migration Features:


  • Three levels of advanced migration scripts for industry standard Document Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems
  • Send images and data to multiple locations
  • With level 3 applications, migration occurs through web services
  • SharePoint Migration provides library, content type and column control
