PSIGEN Software, Inc. Management Team

Bruce has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software, data networking, and document imaging markets. Starting as a computer operator in a large IT organization, he progressed through technical, professional services and upper management roles at Blue Cross, APWU, Legent, NetSoft and Quiksilver. In 1998, he joined Gensoft as VP of Sales, in 1999 Gensoft became PSIGEN Software and in 2002 Bruce became President. His in-depth knowledge of the capture market has helped many startup service bureaus become profitable and sustain long term growth.

Stephen has over 18 years of management experience, with 12 years in technology. His broad background includes over 8.5 years as a Naval Flight Officer, “Big 4” Consulting with Ernst & Young, and various managerial/director level positions in IT, Technical Security and Professional Services. Most recently, he ran the Solutions Group within the largest independent Konica-Minolta copier distributor in the U.S, providing capture and document management solutions and services for customers.

A Marine Corps veteran, Matthew has developed document imaging, document management, and general business solutions for both government and private sector businesses for the past 20 years. As VP of Engineering for PSIGEN Software, Inc. Matthew leads the team responsible for designing and developing PSIGEN’s next generation products.
