Automated Document Routing

PSI:Capture Document Routing provides the ability to route scanned and digital financial documents based on barcoding and check boxes.  The feature allows the use of bank scanning copiers, fax machines and other devices to be used as onramps for any backend storage system or ECM system.

Invoice Processing

PSI:Capture’s powerful capture and fast and accurate OCR engine provides interactive or automated invoice processing. PSI:Capture uses expression matching to automatically parse the text of scanned documents and populate index fields with specified data, such as invoice number, date, amount, and more. Documents are then converted to fully searchable text and exported to the backend or accounts payable system of your choice, providing easy future search and retrieval.
