- Workflow step names are now configurable by document
type. When defining a new document type, after adding a workflow module
to the workflow list, click on any of the workflow module names that you
wish to change and the edit the displayed name as necessary. The custom
defined workflow step name will be displayed on all batch selection
screens, including the batch manager.
- Workflow step names can now be color coded. After
adding a workflow module to the workflow list, click the color selection
button to the right of the workflow step name to specify a custom
display color for that workflow module instance. The defined color will
be displayed on all batch selection screens, including the batch
manager.
- Implemented a hold flag (similar to the high priority
and suspended batch flags). Hold batches will not be displayed in batch
selection dialogs, and will only show up in the batch manager. When
setting a hold flag on a batch the user will be prompted to enter or
edit the batch note. The note contents is optional. The hold flag can be
removed via the View Batch Information dialog.
- When a batch that has a batch note defined is loaded
manually (not by the service process, or loaded as a continuation from a
previous workflow step), in the Capture, QA or Index modules, the batch
note will be displayed to the user.
- Added ability to route either all pages of file or just
the first page in FileBound migration.
