Our Leadership Team
Bruce Hensley, CEO
Bruce has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software, data networking, and document scanning and imaging markets. Starting as a computer operator in a large IT organization, he progressed through technical, professional services and upper management roles at Blue Cross, APWU, Legent, NetSoft and Quiksilver. In 1998, he joined Gensoft as VP of Sales, in 1999 Gensoft became PSIGEN Software and in 2002 Bruce became President. His in-depth knowledge of the capture market has helped many startup service imaging bureaus become profitable and sustain long term growth.
Victoria Hensley, COO
Victoria has over 28 years of experience in the software industry. Starting as a software developer for NASA, she progressed into quality assurance and management roles at Filenet and Siemens/IndX. In 2004, she founded Guardian Document Imaging, where her keen business mind and project management skills enabled the business to thrive for over 10 years. Now, as PSIGEN’s COO, she is using her organizational and systematic approach to further the efficiency of PSIGEN’s internal and external processes improving productivity.
Abe Niedzwiecki, CTO
Abe has extensive product and implementation knowledge in providing business process analysis, system architecture planning, and support services for the PSIGEN product line. Abe’s experience in business process consulting is far reaching and he is an expert in business processes as related to systems and software integration and deployment. In 2000 he founded a new company with the developers of the SAFE software. As President of ePaperlessOffice.com, Inc., the company was solely dedicated to development and sales of SAFE software. ePaperlessOffice.com, Inc. changed its name to Cabinet NG, Inc. in 2002. In late 2003, a new management team was implemented to expand company growth and Abe assumed the role of Vice President of Technology. In 2016 he resumed his role as President and then joined PSIGEN as CTO.
Abe has a degree in Laser Electo-Optics from Texas State Technical College.
Glenn Johnson, President
Glenn joined PSIGEN as President in October 2014. Glenn’s professional experience spans over 22 years in the office products industry. His background includes executive management, operations and sales. Glenn’s strong focus on leadership, combined with his knowledge of financial modeling, has made him an expert on integrating software applications into traditional hardware environments. His primary responsibility at PSIGEN is in leading customer-facing functions, including all sales and pre-sales, financial strategy, software leasing, compensation, channel management, business development, sales enablement, professional services, maintenance services and sales operations activities.
