PSIGEN Update Service

PSIGEN maintenance ensures that our scanning, capture, document management and document imaging software customers are always up to date with the latest releases.

PSIGEN Software Update Service is an annually renewable program available to all PSIGEN customers. The Update Service includes standard releases containing improvements or modification to the software, at patch level updates to insure optimal performance and compatibility with Microsoft Enhancements.

The goal of the program is to support and help partners and users by keeping a comprehensive record of all a user's licenses so the user can quickly and easily request an upgrade to the most current version of PSIGEN products at any time. All PSIGEN products, with the exception of the volume bucket licenses, are included in this program.
